GTF Fresh Roasted Coffee

Truly fresh coffee is fresh for, at most, about 14 days. The stuff on the shelves at the store is typically way out of date for peak freshness, aroma and character. When you buy our coffee from GTF micro roastery, your coffee will be roasted and shipped within 24 hours, allowing the beans to develop their flavors and aroma during that first window, but then providing you with an incredibly fresh brew for the next week or two. We only sell our coffee in 8 ounce bags because we don't want our coffee sitting around getting weak.
